This past Saturday, we officially kicked off the opening of our newest 55+ community, Winding Creek, at a special lot release event. 17 lots were reserved, but plenty of additional opportunities remain!
It was an exciting day at the lot release event for Winding Creek! Future home buyers were able to tour the homesites in Phase 1, review home plans, and learn everything there is to know about the community and its amenities. New Holland Coffee Company food truck was on site to provide cool beverages on this hot day!
Bordering Killinger Creek and nestled among peaceful farmlands, Winding Creek boasts picturesque views and a serene location, all within close proximity to dining, shopping, and recreation. The community offers a low-maintenance lifestyle, and will include a total of 343 homes.
