Legacy Park New Phase Lot Release Event Recap
On Saturday May 1st, Landmark Homes held a lot release event for its newest phase of building in Wrights Landing - our single family home community located within Legacy Park, in Mechanicsburg, PA.
Set among 185 acres just off of route 114 in Mechanicsburg, the community of Legacy Park features a combination of townhomes and single family homes, as well as commercial and retail space. Once completed, Legacy Park will include a total of 683 homes and approximately 26,000 feet of commercial and retail business space.
The neighborhood will embody the traditional character of Mechanicsburg, featuring walkable neighborhoods, enduring streetscapes, and classic elevations.
The third phase at Wrights Landing will consist of 54 lots, with 5 move in ready homes. On Saturday, seven of those lots were reserved by event attendees.
During the event, interested home buyers were able also to get a taste of Smoke & Pickles, which will be serving up their delicious food at Wolf Brewing Company in Market Square this May. Market Square will be the commercial and retail space within Legacy Park.
