Legacy Park Community Update

Big things are happening at our Legacy Park community this summer! We wanted to provide everyone with a quick update on our single family and townhome communities, as well as an update on our friends at Wolf Brewing Company. 

Located in the borough of Mechanicsburg, PA just off of route 114, Legacy Park is set to be a gathering place for everyone - from the young professional to the retiree. Legacy Park features a single family home community, a townhome community, and retail locations coming soon! 

Wrights Landing , our single family community in Legacy Park, is currently in the third phase of building, with 52 home sites remaining! 

Our townhome community, Madison Court , has 9 townhomes remaining in its final phase, and is about to enter into its next phase of building. 

We are pleased to announce that Wolf Brewing Company is officially up and running as of May in Market Square, and has become quite the hot spot in Mechanicsburg! With an outdoor fenced in and dog friendly lawn, an updated wine bar, corn hole, and a delicious food menu featuring meats from Smoke and Pickles, Wolf Brewing Company is a hit! They're even hosting a corn hole tournament on Wednesday nights this summer! 

Our Legacy Park community is coming together nicely, and we are so excited to be able to share the progress with you!
