Meet the Landmark Team Bringing Our Next Big Transformation to Life

Every great space begins with a vision, and behind every vision is a team dedicated to bringing it to life. Today, we’re excited to introduce some of the Landmark Team, which is leading our newest workspace transformation! From left to right, say hello to Bruce Millard, Project Manager; Kim Rothacker, Director of Design & Selections; and Nick Smoker, Director of Drafting & Design.

Each brings years of expertise, creativity, and problem-solving to the table, and together they’re spearheading one of our most ambitious office updates yet.

Who’s Who Behind the Vision?

At the helm of day-to-day operations is Bruce Millard, our seasoned Project Manager. Bruce keeps every moving piece aligned; timelines, materials, contractors, and countless logistical details that ensure progress never misses a beat. His steady leadership is what turns big ideas into tangible outcomes.

“I have really enjoyed working with the project team and doing what I can to make their vision come to life. It is truly an honor to be the person Landmark entrusted to handle the sticks and bricks of the project.”

The creative direction is led by Kim Rothacker, whose thoughtful approach guarantees the space doesn’t just work, it feels intentional, elevated, and aligned with our brand culture. From finishes to flow, Kim is shaping an environment that enhances our customers' experience the moment they step inside.

“It has truly been a pleasure working with the field teams I don’t typically have the chance to work alongside. They bring creativity to every challenge, keep the atmosphere light with their humor, and occasionally even play my favorite country music.”

Behind the technical precision is Nick Smoker, who translates ideas into the detailed plans needed to build them. His blend of innovation and accuracy ensures the project not only looks beautiful but is structurally sound! Nick played a vital role in coordinating the stairs, metal panel systems, electrical elements, and more, bringing clarity to complexity at every step.

What’s Coming?

We’re not just refreshing our space, we’re reimagining how we work, collaborate, and serve our customers. Here’s a glimpse of what’s underway:

• A dramatic floating tread staircase: This architectural centerpiece will greet visitors with a bold, modern statement. More than a staircase, it’s a work of craftsmanship that reflects our dedication to quality and detail.

• A brand-new design gallery: a reimagined, customer-centric space where homeowners can explore materials, finishes, and design options firsthand. This interactive gallery will make the selection process smoother, more inspiring, and truly enjoyable.

“Each member from our design team contributed to various aspects of the project, from selections to helping refine the overall vision. They are an exceptionally talented group of women, and I am grateful to work alongside them!” explained Kim Rothacker, Director of Design & Selections. 

• Two new conference rooms: Designed for collaboration, presentations, and customer meetings, these spaces will support everything from brainstorming sessions to detailed project discussions.

• Additional office space: As our team continues to grow, so does our need for a dynamic workspace. The new layout will offer more room for productivity, innovation, and connection.
