Groundbreaking Ceremony at Legacy Park

Groundbreaking Ceremony at Legacy Park

Landmark Homes, Ephrata-based designer and builder of new homes and communities in Central Pennsylvania, held a ground breaking ceremony for its new Legacy Park development in Mechanicsburg on Thursday, May 17th, 2018.

Set among 185 acres just off of route 114 in Mechanicsburg, the planned community of Legacy Park will feature a combination of apartments, carriage homes, and single family homes, as well as commercial and retail space. When completed, Legacy Park will include a total of 683 homes and approximately 26,000 feet of commercial and retail business space.

The neighborhood is planned to embody the traditional character of Mechanicsburg, featuring walkable neighborhoods, enduring streetscapes, and classic elevations.

Site work for the first phase was commemorated with the May 17th ground breaking ceremony. The first phase will include the construction of 325 units as well as the installation of a traffic signal at Shepherdstown Road and Market Street.

For more information or to sign-up to receive updates on Legacy Park, contact Randy Brewbaker at 717-587-1469 or  RandyB@OwnALandmark.com .
