Susquehanna Union Green Community Update
On July 14, 2021, Landmark Homes, along with Vartan Group, Inc., Landmark Commercial Realty, representatives from the Dauphin County Board of Commissioners and others, broke ground at our upcoming Susquehanna Union Green community in Susquehanna Township.
The community will feature 40 single-family homesites, which will be available for reservation in Fall 2021. At the groundbreaking ceremony, Vartan announced Landmark Homes as the exclusive new home builder at Susquehanna Union Green.
As the exclusive new home builder, Landmark Homes will offer home buyers a portfolio of thoughtfully designed and customizable home plans to choose from.
Home plans will feature:
- 1 & 2-Story home plans ranging in size from 1800 sq. ft to 2900 sq. ft.
- Select 2-story plans with first-floor owner’s suites
- Charming exterior designs with welcoming front porches
- Flexible living spaces and customization options
- Modern elevations, timeless designs
- Several new home plans in the works will be offered exclusively at Susquehanna Union Green
Along with the single-family home community, Susquehanna Union Green will also feature a mix of restaurants and shops, offices, a senior-living community, public parks and green spaces. The projects first phase kicked off in 2019 and is nearing completion. New businesses opening up in Susquehanna Union Green's commercial area include Panera Bread Company, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty, Zeroday Brewing Company, Wendy’s, and others.
