Over the past quarter of a century, Landmark has been an award-winning, family-owned designer and builder of new homes and communities in Central Pennsylvania. We've had the privilege of working with countless homebuyers to welcome them into their new homes, and we look forward to continuing on with all of the future homeowners we'll have the pleasure of working with in the years to come!

Where It All Began
Landmark Homes was founded in 1998 by brothers Cliff and Clair Weaver. Having grown up in a family involved in new home construction, they gained valuable knowledge of quality craftsmanship and serving the local community, allowing them to uncover their passion for the industry. They shaped Landmark Homes with their vision to be the builder of excellence in Central Pennsylvania. Landmark has since become established as a leading local home builder, developing a broad portfolio of flexible home plans and an extensive selection of design options to give every client a custom home building experience.
Quality Craftmanship and Customer Service
Since quality craftmanship and customer service are just as important as design, Landmark continues to build every home with the same commitment to the Weaver brothers' vision of excellence. Each new company initiative -- whether it be a new neighborhood, a partnership with local retailers, supporting local charitable organizations, or organizing events to educate students in the area about careers in the construction industry -- is approached with the intention to promote growth in the local economy and to help individuals achieve their own goals.
In 1998, Landmark started out with a team of around 20 employees, and has grown significantly over the past 25 years. We've built communities in Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York County. The style and features of our homes have also evolved throughout the years.
