When you refer a friend or family member, and they buy a new Landmark home, you'll receive a $250 referral reward.**

**Only Landmark Homes' homebuyers/owners are eligible to receive referral $250 referral check reward. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Notification of the referring party must be given by the referred buyer or the referring party to Landmark Homes prior to the referred buyer signing a Landmark Homes purchase agreement. Referral check will be awarded to referring party within 30 days of settlement of the referred buyer's Landmark home. Not valid on Real Estate Professional co-op sales. One check per referral; one referral per referred buyer home purchase. There is no limit to the number of Referral Rewards that can be earned by a Landmark homeowner. Program subject to cancellation by Landmark Homes at any time.
