We have heard from so many people who built a home that the process was incredibly stressful and they would not do it again. Our experience at Landmark was different. We felt informed through the process, we were consulted with issues or questions, and the project stayed on track. They coordinate their subcontractors like a well-oiled machine. We are extremely happy with the house (we have been living in it for 10 weeks). The workmanship is excellent. We were able to make adaptations to the floorplan to customize it for us and we are very happy with how it turned out. We would do it again, but we don't need to!

The building process with Landmark has been great - everyone we have worked with has been extremely helpful and responsive. The quality of the home is what sold us on Winding Creek. And the amenities in Winding Creek were a draw as well clubhouse, pool, bocce ball court, etc. Not to mention the appeal of having our lawn, landscape, and snow removal taken care of year round.
The building process with Landmark has been great - everyone we have worked with has been extremely helpful and responsive. The quality of the home is what sold us on Winding Creek. And the amenities in Winding Creek were a draw as well clubhouse, pool, bocce ball court, etc.
