Yes! We are able to build on your land in Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York counties. After you have worked with an engineer to assess site preparation needs such as stormwater requirements and permitting, and you have discussed deed restrictions and variances with the land seller, our private lot sales manager will be able to use your site plan and information to help you plan accordingly.

At Landmark Homes, we’ve specially designed some of our communities to meet the needs of our home buyers aged 55 and over. Our process takes approximately 6-8 months, depending on product availability, with the construction of a home being about 180 days.
