About Landmark Homes

Landmark Homes is an award-winning, family-owned designer and builder of new homes and communities in Central Pennsylvania.

Founded in 1998 by brothers Cliff and Clair Weaver, Landmark Homes grew from their family’s experience in new home construction and their shared belief in quality craftsmanship and serving the local community. They founded Landmark with a vision to be the builder of excellence in Central Pennsylvania and a simple belief that every home should be treated with the same care and attention they would give their own. More than 25 years later, that vision continues to guide everything we do.

Over the years, we have grown into a dedicated team committed to creating communities and homes designed around the way people live. We offer thoughtfully designed home plans and flexible design options, giving homebuyers the opportunity to personalize their space, no matter the size or price of their new home. We have heard from so many people who built a home that the process was incredibly stressful and they would not do it again. Our experience at Landmark was different. We felt informed through the process, we were consulted with issues or questions, and the project stayed on track. They coordinate their subcontractors like a well-oiled machine. We are extremely happy with the house (we have been living in it for 10 weeks). The workmanship is excellent. We were able to make adaptations to the floorplan to customize it for us and we are very happy with how it turned out. We would do it again, but we don't need to!
