About Landmark Homes

Landmark Homes is an award-winning, family-owned designer and builder of new homes and communities in Central Pennsylvania.

Founded in 1998 by brothers Cliff and Clair Weaver, Landmark Homes grew from their family’s experience in new home construction and their shared belief in quality craftsmanship and serving the local community. They founded Landmark with a vision to be the builder of excellence in Central Pennsylvania and a simple belief that every home should be treated with the same care and attention they would give their own. More than 25 years later, that vision continues to guide everything we do.

Over the years, we have grown into a dedicated team committed to creating communities and homes designed around the way people live. The building process with Landmark has been great - everyone we have worked with has been extremely helpful and responsive. The quality of the home is what sold us on Winding Creek. And the amenities in Winding Creek were a draw as well clubhouse, pool, bocce ball court, etc. Not to mention the appeal of having our lawn, landscape, and snow removal taken care of year round. The building process with Landmark has been great - everyone we have worked with has been extremely helpful and responsive. The quality of the home is what sold us on Winding Creek.
