*Buyer must reserve their lot on the day of the event (2/4/17) to receive the event exclusive incentive. All lot reservations require a $1,000 lot reservation fee. Buyer must enter into an agreement of sale by 3/6/17 or the seller has the right to continue to market the lot. Buyers will be eligible for the event exclusive incentive only if entered into an agreement of sale by 3/6/17 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
