Featured Community: Stonecroft Village 55+

Set in the beautiful Tulpehocken Creek Valley of Berks County, just over the Lebanon County border, the community of Stonecroft Village is nestled in a peaceful valley town, surrounded by mountain views. Stonecroft Village is more than just a place those 55 and older can call home -- it’s a community that complements an active lifestyle, whether that includes socializing with friends in the private clubhouse, walking the trails that meander the community’s 23 acres of open space, or visiting the nearby arts and cultural attractions.

The clubhouse, which features a living room/lounge, billiard room, fitness room, multipurpose room, and kitchen, is a wonderful place to gather. At the center of the community is a large, scenic pond with a graceful fountain, and an overlooking gazebo for relaxing and taking in the views.

When complete, Stonecroft Village will include a total of 214 detached one- and two-story homes. There are 14 floor plans available — 13 one-story options and one two-story option that includes a first-floor owner’s suite, and homes can even be customized, if desired. Home sizes range from 1,380 to 2,215 square feet, and are designed with many practical considerations to last through retirement. Home pricing starts in the mid $200’s. Residents own their own land, which means no monthly land lease payments.

For those who want to move without the wait, three brand-new homes are currently move-in ready, built with some of the most popular features and designs.

With a peaceful location that offers both scenic views and also close proximity to attractions in Reading, Hershey, Lebanon, and Lancaster, Stonecroft Village is a desirable and convenient place to call home.
