After Settlement Care
After settling into your new Landmark home, your home is covered by our builder warranty program. Our dedicated Customer Care Team is here to assist you with warranty requests, service needs, and any questions that arise as you settle in. We are committed to prompt, reliable support you can count on.
Landmark Homes' Customer Care Team
When you have a warranty or homeowner service-related question or concern, Landmark's Customer Care Team makes sure it gets the attention it needs. They handle incoming and outgoing requests, issue work orders, monitor service calls and keep track of all the details until the situation is resolved and you are satisfied.

Landmark Homes Referral Program
When you refer a friend or family member, and they buy a new Landmark home, you'll receive a $250 referral reward.*
Download the Homeowner Referral Form and submit to your community sales manager.
*Only Landmark Homes' homebuyers/owners are eligible to receive a $250 referral check reward. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Notification of the referring party must be given by the referred buyer or the referring party to Landmark Homes prior to the referred buyer signing a Landmark Homes purchase agreement. Referral check will be awarded to referring party within 30 days of settlement of the referred buyer's Landmark home. Not valid on Real Estate Professional co-op sales. One check per referral; one referral per referred buyer home purchase. There is no limit to the number of Referral Rewards that can be earned by a Landmark homeowner. Program subject to cancellation by Landmark Homes at any time.
