Assistant Project Manager
This is a full-time position in Construction.
Assist in preparing sites for various construction tasks and assist with those in progress. Keep jobsites safe and clean. In Project Manager’s absence, acts as a substitute.

This is a full-time New Home Coordinator position.
Ensure a smooth home buying experience for customers through the administration of sales and construction activity details.
The New Home Coordinator facilitates sales and construction activities by tracking and moving jobs from contract through settlement. Meets customer expectations during each phase of sales and construction through coordination with the Community Sales Managers, Project Managers, Purchasing and Estimating, and Drafting & Design Departments

This is a full-time position in the Drafting department.
Responsible for creating and modifying designs and drawings of buildings/structures, with their components and assemblies, applying engineering and architectural principles.

As the face of Landmark Homes’ award-winning new home communities, the Sales Assistant will provide administrative support to Landmark Homes Community Sales Manager(s) to achieve Annual Sales Goals and in execution of Landmark Homes’ Sales and Marketing Community standards.
